Volunteer Opportunities

We understand that giving comes in all forms. Sometimes it’s monetary, sometimes it’s a time commitment, and sometimes it’s both! If you’re interested in volunteering, there are a plethora of opportunities to choose from.

School Day Opportunities

Room Parents

Each classroom needs a room parent to help out throughout the year! It can be a shared with multiple co-room parents.

Picture Day

We need volunteers to help the students navigate through Picture Day!

Classroom Volunteers

Each classroom has various needs for parent volunteers throughout the year!  Field trips, extra hands at class parties, making copies/laminating, reading to/with the kids. Reach out to your teacher to see how you can help!

Book Fair

We need volunteers to help in shifts all throughout the 6 days for both the Fall & Spring Book Fairs!  This includes set-up, break-down, Family Picnic, Class Visits, etc.

Evening Opportunities

Family Movie Nights

We need volunteers to help with the physical set up before AND after the event, as well as to sell concessions before and during the movie! Great opportunity for those that can't volunteer during the work day.

Restaurant Nights

We need volunteers that can find local restaurants that will do a profit share with our school for hosting an event on a specific date! There are tons!

Don't Forget Your Volunteer Forms!

​If you want to volunteer at the school, please print* these forms and submit them to the front office, along with a valid, current copy of your driver's license:​

  1. Level 1 Volunteer Application

  2. Level 1 Volunteer Code of Conduct

  3. Level 1 Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement

  4. Copy of a current, valid identification or drivers license

  5. TB Clearance (either a TB Skin Test or a TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire). You can obtain this from your nearest CVS Minute Clinic.

*If you don't have access to a printer, please stop by the front office to pick up physical copies!
